Our Story

A Hillsboro Tradition Built on Real Ingredients

Sips & Sammies started with a simple belief: that a great sandwich and a properly baked loaf of bread can make an ordinary day feel special. Located on North First Avenue, we've been serving the Hillsboro community with baked goods made from scratch and sandwiches assembled with care.
